The project builds on an established relationship with a client who had previously entrusted us with the creation of their workplace. This new commission offered the opportunity to evolve that shared language—retaining the clarity and calm of the earlier fit‑out while responding to a more complex brief that brought together an executive suite and a high-energy development zone.
The base building imposed a rigid window set‑out and structural rhythm that, at first glance, appeared to limit planning flexibility. By introducing a series of angled walls and gently shifting geometries, we were able to dissolve the constraints of the grid. This strategy unlocked freedom in the layout, allowing each space—whether a focused office, a collaborative hub, or a circulation spine—to find its ideal proportion and orientation. The resulting plan feels intuitive and fluid, with sightlines that open and compress in a deliberate choreography.
Across both the executive and the development areas, the interiors are unified by a restrained, elegant palette. Muted tones, soft textures, and finely detailed joinery create a calm backdrop for daily work. Timber, matte finishes, and subtle metallic accents bring warmth without excess, supporting a sense of quiet confidence rather than overt display. The materiality is intentionally understated, allowing the architecture and the people who inhabit it to take precedence.
The project balances sophistication with approachability, formality with openness. It reflects a client who values design as a long‑term investment—one that evolves with their organisation while maintaining a consistent architectural identity.
